Switchgear Assembly Technician Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | On-SiteStart a Career in a Growing Industry We are looking for Switchgear Assembly Technicians to join our production team. If you're hands-on, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow in a stable, high-demand field, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
  • Assemble switchgear units using hand and power tools
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Cut, strip, and crimp wiring accurately
  • Assist with sheet metal and conduit fabrication
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Work with a team to meet daily production goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Work Environment
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching
  • Independent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Team lifting up to 100 lbs.
  • Use of ladders up to 12 feet
  • Work in tight spaces and noisy environments
  • Industrial, fast-paced setting
Salary: $19/hr-$23/hr
