About the role

American Golf Corporation is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee golf course and landscaped area maintenance. Under the Superintendent, you will train staff, resolve HR issues, and implement agronomic programs. You may assume Superintendent duties in their absence. You will manage irrigation, turf conditions, and course prep for tournaments while coordinating safety and environmental initiatives. Strong communication with staff and members is essential.
