About the role

Job description: A premier healthcare system in west Texas is seeking a Vascular Surgeon to join a well-established group practice, a role opening up because of tremendous, sustained growth, not attrition. You'll walk into a well-established patient panel with a tremendous community reputation, practicing across two beautiful, modern campuses, both benefiting from a recent $20 million expansion and state-of-the-art technology, including robotics. The schedule is built for a serious surgeon with real balance: Monday through Friday with just 1-2 surgical days per week, a manageable 10-15 patients in clinic per week, and 8-10 procedures per week, mostly outpatient with inpatient consult coverage as needed. All of this sits inside a 5-hospital network with 900+ physicians, 120+ years in the market, and a massive referral base, in a city that offers mountains, sunshine, and zero state income tax on top of it all. Strong, uncapped compensation — Excellent base salary plus uncapped wRVU production, with real upside as your practice grows. Meaningful start-up support — sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available and negotiable. Comprehensive benefits package — full health, vision, and dental coverage, 401K, PTO, CME assistance, and malpractice/tail coverage included. Backed by a regional powerhouse — join 900+ physicians and 5,000+ employees across a 5-hospital network with 120+ years in the West Texas and southern New Mexico market. Surrounded by Mountains — hiking, mountain biking, trail running, cycling, camping, and golf are all just minutes from home. Genuine downtown culture — concerts, art walks, coffee shops, breweries, and botanical gardens in a real, walkable downtown. College town energy — Division I football, basketball, and soccer, plus minor-league baseball, hockey, and more. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
