About the role

Key Responsibilities: Hands-on Maintenance & Operations: Perform regular inspections, continuous troubleshooting, servicing, and mechanical repairs (e.g., replacing motors, pumps, and component overhauls) across all primary site utilities. BMS & Trend Analysis: Monitor Building Management System (BMS) trends to identify internal system weaknesses, support continuous improvement, and prevent unplanned downtime. Core Utility Systems Management: Oversee and maintain complex utility infrastructure, including: Clean Utilities: Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), Clean Steam, Process Gases, Clean Compressed Air, Cleanroom Air Handling Units (AHUs), HEPA filtration, and pressure cascades. Plant Utilities: Boilers, Chillers, Hot/Chilled Water, Plant Steam, Compressed Air, Electrical Distribution, Emergency Backup Power Systems (DRUs with large motors), and Refrigeration. Contractor & Project Supervision: Lead and coordinate third-party contractors for installation, servicing, and maintenance. Manage SAP requirement planning, order placement, and work permits.cGMP Compliance & Quality: Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS), write and revise SOPs/QC forms, maintain audit-ready documentation, and defend procedures/trending data during regulatory audits. Commissioning & Qualification: Support qualification, startup, and validation activities for new equipment and site systems.
