About the role

BruZiv Partners is seeking an experienced Renovation Project Manager & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property renovations, capital improvement projects, apartment turns, and maintenance operations across our multifamily and commercial portfolio. This hands‑on leadership role will manage projects from planning through completion while supervising the maintenance team and ensuring work orders, preventive maintenance, unit turns, and property upkeep meet standards.
