$42.67/hour, paid weeklyHybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days offsiteOpportunity to lead highly visible, business-critical projectsWork across supply chain, manufacturing, materials, planning, and operationsStrengthen your experience in material readiness, recovery planning, risk mitigation, and customer deliveryGain exposure to complex cross-functional programs and senior stakeholdersCompetitive BEPC benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceJoin BEPC, a 100% employee-owned companyKey ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives, schedules, milestones, and deliverables remain on track.Drive build plans and material readiness strategies supporting critical customer requirements.Partner with Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Planning, and Operations teams.Translate customer priorities into actionable project and operational plans.Identify potential material shortages, production constraints, supply disruptions, and schedule risks before they impact delivery.Develop and drive recovery plans to address material, production, and supply chain challenges.Establish project schedules, priorities, responsibilities, and milestones.Monitor project execution and hold stakeholders accountable for assigned actions and deliverables.Lead risk identification, mitigation, escalation, and resolution activities.Manage multiple high-priority projects while adapting to changing customer and business requirements.Track project performance and communicate status, risks, metrics, recovery actions, and priorities to leadership.Develop clear project presentations, dashboards, and executive-level updates.Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive action items through closure.Build strong relationships across a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders without relying solely on direct authority.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery performance, operational execution, and customer satisfaction.QualificationsRequired Qualifications4–6+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, materials management, or a related discipline.Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution.Experience managing multiple priorities, schedules, risks, and deliverables simultaneously.Strong project planning and organizational skills.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated ability to identify risks and develop actionable mitigation and recovery plans.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams across a matrixed organization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to clearly communicate project status, risks, priorities, and recommendations to leadership.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing customer and operational priorities.Ability to work the required hybrid schedule in Tempe, Arizona.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.Experience supporting integrated supply chain, customer operations, materials management, production planning, or manufacturing operations.Knowledge of material readiness, build planning, shortage management, and recovery planning.Experience developing recovery plans for supply chain disruptions or production constraints.Experience working within manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or another highly regulated industry.Experience presenting project performance and recommendations to leadership.PMP or another recognized project management certification is a plus.What Success Looks LikeSuccessful candidates will be able to take a complex customer or operational requirement and turn it into a clear, executable plan.You'll know how to bring the right teams together, determine what's preventing execution, identify material or production risks, establish ownership, and keep actions moving until the issue is resolved.This position is particularly well suited for professionals who enjoy being the person who connects the dots between supply chain, materials, manufacturing, operations, and customer priorities.About BEPCBEPC Inc., founded in 2007, is a 100% employee-owned company providing top-tier consulting and staffing solutions across industries like technology, engineering, manufacturing, and project management.At BEPC, we are driven by innovation and a commitment to excellence.
