About the role
Supporting the Market Access team in a fully remote capacity, the Market Access & Reimbursement Analyst will manage reimbursement strategies, conduct research and analysis, and coordinate health technology assessments for the company's medical device portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Monitor reimbursement, coding, and health technology assessment developments and summarize their impact
Update tracking databases of codes, payments, and payer policies to ensure accuracy and currency
Assist in building and quality checking value dossiers and payer-facing documents
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health economics, public health, life sciences, pharmacy, health policy, or equivalent experience
Practical reimbursement or market access experience from a medical device company or healthcare organization
Understanding of reimbursement, coding, and health technology assessment in the US healthcare market
Strong analytical skills with confidence in data handling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
