About the role
Responsibilities:
Manage daily after-sales cases. Coordinate and track equipment handover, repair, maintenance, project technical support and service marketing. Ensure full case closure and improve customer experience. Attend systematic pre-job training in China upon onboarding. Master product structure, commissioning procedures, repair techniques and maintenance specifications as well as internal business workflows. After passing training assessment, take long-term overseas assignment. Own end-to-end local after-sales service, technical support and customer relationship management in assigned region, and resolve customer equipment & service issues in a timely manner. Job Requirements:Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechatronics, Refrigeration or related fields with solid professional knowledge.
Experience:
Hands-on after-sales service experience in relevant industries, familiar with equipment repair, maintenance and commissioning processes.
Language:
Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading & writing), capable of independent customer communication overseas.
Preferred:
Hold US EDA visa / US work visa / US green card.一、岗位职责1、负责日常售后案件处理工作,统筹跟进交机、设备维修、设备保养、项目技术支持、服务营销等各类售后案件,保障售后工作高效闭环,提升客户服务体验。2、入职后先参与国内系统化岗前培训,熟练掌握公司产品结构、调试流程、售后维修、保养规范等核心专业技能及业务流程。3、培训考核通过后,长期外派海外驻场,全权负责指定区域内的产品售后、技术支持、客户维护等全流程服务工作,及时解决客户设备使用及售后相关问题。二、任职要求1、学历专业:本科及以上学历,机电、制冷等相关专业,专业基础扎实。2、工作经验:具备相关行业售后服务工作经验,熟悉设备售后维修、保养、调试相关工作流程。3、语言能力:英语听说读写流利,能独立开展海外英文对接工作。4、优先条件:有美国EDA签证/美国工签/美国绿卡。
