About the Role: Provide records and administrative support to injured workers and authorized representatives, including attorneys, paralegals, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. Duties/Responsibilities
  • Assist authorized individuals with reviewing or printing claim files.
  • Process records requests by verifying requestors are interested parties and authorized to access records.
  • Research claim records using databases, microfiche, and/or microfilm.
  • Date-stamp incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate division or department.
  • Prepare invoices with claim details, recipient information, and payment amounts.
  • Collect invoice payments and follow up on outstanding payments by sending invoices with payment-request letters.
  • Update the Claims Division database.
  • Participate in the Arizona Management System (AMS) and daily Huddle board; attend staff meetings.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school education.
  • Computer skills, including Google Workspace and Google Sheets.
