About the role
- Extensive leadership experience in environmental health and safety, with direct responsibility for program strategy, compliance, and risk reduction.
- Strong knowledge of applicable workplace safety and environmental regulations, with demonstrated ability to drive compliance outcomes.
- Proven experience leading incident investigations and translating findings into effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with executive and operational teams to foster a culture of safety.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex EHS information clearly to varied audiences.
- MUST HOLD CSP, GSP, MSP safety credentials.
- Must hold Bachelor's DegreeTravel required is about 50%Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing safety for field-based or service-oriented operations with a focus on operational readiness and practical implementation.
- Experience conducting safety audits, leading training programs, and building performance-based safety processes.
- Familiarity with safety reporting and safety metric frameworks used to drive continuous improvement.
- Leadership experience building safety culture through engagement, accountability, and standardized operating practices.
- Previous experience serving as an Owner's Representative or Owner's Safety Consultant.
- Experience supporting projects managed by major construction management firms.
- Experience on large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or utility infrastructure projects.
