UNC Health Care is seeking a Care Access Representative for the UNC Dermatology Department in Chapel Hill. This full-time hybrid role assists patients in accessing timely care, supporting providers, clinical staff, and operational workflows across dermatology subspecialties. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service or clerical experience. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with onsite work every other month and a hybrid schedule
