About the role

Alloneoneall is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to help run day-to-day operations across orchards, silvopasture, livestock, market gardens and perennial beds, collaborating with the Farm Manager to prioritize work and ensure high quality execution. The role combines hands-on farming with crew leadership and planning, with flexibility to shape duties to fit the right candidate. Starting wage is $26–$32 per hour, plus paid vacation, 10 holidays, health insurance with a $250/month contribution
