About the role

Spine Search is working with a growing multidisciplinary spine and pain management private practice, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its outpatient team in South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management physicians, and other clinical professionals in a collaborative private practice setting. The position will focus on patients with orthopedic, spine, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions, with access to aquatic therapy services at select locations.
Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Treat orthopedic, spine, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions Provide manual therapy, including joint and spinal mobilization Develop progressive, evidence-based therapeutic exercise programs Collaborate directly with physicians regarding patient progress and post-operative protocols Educate patients on home exercise programs, biomechanics, injury prevention, and pain management Complete timely and accurate documentation within the EMRProvide guidance to PTAs and support staff as appropriate
Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license Current BLS/CPR certification 1–2+ years of outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience preferred Motivated new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered Orthopedic, spine, or pain management experience preferred Aquatic therapy experience is a plus but not required; training can be provided
