About the role

A customer should not need to repeat the same problem to three different people. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in San Antonio to answer questions, document requests, and help customers understand the next step. This is a full-time, on-site role with training on the organization’s services, systems, and escalation process. Use judgment as well as courtesy Bring clear spoken and written communication, patience, and confidence using a computer while speaking with a customer. Experience from retail, hospitality, reception, call-center, volunteer, or community-facing work can all be relevant. A high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient. Previous experience with a CRM or ticketing system is useful but not essential. Training will cover the tools and service information specific to this role. The role may involve service targets, but accuracy and appropriate escalation remain more important than rushing a conversation. The position is based in San Antonio, Texas and requires regular attendance at the confirmed workplace. Apply through Linked In with your current resume. Applicants will receive fair consideration based on their ability to perform the role, and reasonable accommodation is available through the employer’s approved process.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
