About the role

Ascend Medical Staffing is seeking a locum geriatric APP for a Portland, Oregon assignment with an immediate, ongoing need. Experience in geriatrics or FP/IM is required; new grads will not be considered. Compensation is $110 hourly, with Monday through Friday scheduling. This role includes both in-clinic and community visits. You may drive to patients’ residences at assisted living facilities, SNFs, or private homes, often joining a nurse from our team for visits.
