About the role

New Supply Chain Coordinator position. The role does not require a strong background in logistics or supply chain, but advanced Excel skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for sales reporting and analytics for the Sales Office Collect, enter, update, and maintain data in our proprietary database management system, including forecast information Standardize, create, manage, and deliver weekly business results reports and analysis to the Sales and Supply Chain teams, as well as customers Generate data visualizations to support business operations Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance and other business units, to achieve team objectives Follow established processes, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines Perform other assignments as needed
Skills and Qualifications: 1–3 years’ experience in a data analysis or similar role Advanced proficiency in Excel (required – candidates will be tested)Strong communication skills Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bilingual: English and Spanish
