About the role
Seeking a collaborative and highly organized Sales Enablement Specialist - Partner & Sales Training, this full-time remote position will manage partner onboarding, facilitate sales training, and develop enablement resources to support internal Sales and Customer Experience teams as well as external partners.
Key responsibilities
Administer and coordinate the partner onboarding program, ensuring effective training and resources for new partners
Facilitate engaging training sessions for internal teams on product knowledge, sales skills, and processes
Develop and maintain training materials in collaboration with subject-matter experts, applying instructional design principles
Required qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Three or more years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related customer-facing role preferred
Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person audiences
Experience developing training content and familiarity with learning management systems preferred
Ability to translate complex information into clear, practical training materials
