Rice Cohen International has been retained by an industry leading organizational consulting firm that helps their clients drive complex Human Capital and Organizational Strategy transformations. This a premier brand in our space and they are looking to add Partner and Managing Director level consultants to their growing practices across the United States.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and Board level to originate, develop, and close new business while expanding existing key accounts Contribute to practice thought leadership and solution development Build and manage a multi-million dollar book of business Work collaboratively across the organization to identify cross selling and upselling opportunities Ensure client satisfaction and the highest quality of service delivery The Ideal Profile Subject matter expertise around Human Capital related solutions including Organizational Design, Culture, Future of Work, Talent Strategy, Operating Model, etc. Strong executive presence with a history of working as a trusted advisor at the C-Suite levels of the Fortune 500 Proven track record of building, managing, and growing books of business that generate $2M+ annually Team player capable of working collaboratively across practices Located in a major US market with ability to travel as needed
