About the Role: Snowbusters - Hinz Landscaping and Tree Service is looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals to join their Landscaping and Tree Crew in Michiana! Responsibilities:
  • Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and lawn maintenance
  • Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removal operations
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and mowers
  • Load and haul debris, brush, and green waste from job sites
  • Follow safety protocols and proper techniques for tree and ground crew work
  • Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members on job sites
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in landscaping, tree care, or outdoor labor preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
  • Familiarity with landscaping and tree care equipment is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines and company procedures
