About the Role:
Aulo is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our founding team and help create a restorative, elevated wellness experience for every guest. This role is ideal for someone who is both technically skilled and intuitively client-focused, with a passion for helping people relax, recover, and reconnect with themselves.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone Massage• Conduct guest consultations to understand tension points, preferences, and wellness goals• Customize pressure and techniques to each guest’s needs and comfort level• Provide thoughtful aftercare guidance, including hydration and stretching recommendations• Maintain treatment room readiness, cleanliness, and sanitation• Deliver a calming, professional, and welcoming guest experience Qualifications• Valid New Jersey Massage Therapy license• Experience with Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage preferred• Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and safe massage practices• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented• Passion for wellness and high-touch hospitality What We’re Looking For• A therapist who can combine relaxation with results• Someone who takes pride in creating a serene, customized experience• A founding team member who values professionalism, healing, and guest care
