We represent industry-leading manufacturers and provide consultative solutions that improve clinical outcomes, workflow, and operational efficiency. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Account Executive to join our team and lead business development efforts across South Louisiana and Western Mississippi market a primary focus on capital equipment going into the perioperative space.
Position Summary: The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with healthcare systems, surgery centers, architects, contractors, and clinical leaders while driving sales growth throughout the assigned territory. This role requires a consultative sales approach and the ability to create and manage complex capital projects from concept through installation.
Primary Responsibilities: Develop and grow relationships with hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers. Identify and pursue new capital equipment opportunities with an emphasis on the perioperative space. Work directly with C-suite executives, Supply Chain, Perioperative Leadership, Biomedical Engineering, and Facilities teams. Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, quoting, and project execution. Collaborate with hospital leaders, architects, and construction teams on new construction and renovation projects. Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities. Travel throughout South Louisiana and Western Mississippi market to support customers and projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent healthcare sales experience. Existing impactive relationships in these markets 8+ years of successful B2B or medical capital equipment sales experience preferred. Experience selling into hospitals or surgical environments Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and long sales cycles. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
