Data Entry Clerk The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for processing large volumes of information into our digital databases and systems. This temporary position requires an individual who is highly detail-oriented, and are able to transcribe, update, and verify records with strict accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with identifying and resolving discrepancies, comparing digital inputs, and exceptional time-management capabilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Input large batches of alphanumeric data, customer files, or inventory logs into data base and spreadsheets daily. Compare logs and digital inputs against original source documents to spot and fix mistakes immediately. Resolve data discrepancies, flag missing details, and update outdated records Handling sensitive financial, customer, or personal records securely while following strict data privacy protocols Prepare relevant reports as needed
Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of proven administrative or high-volume data entry experience Exceptional focus, time-management capabilities, and strict adherence to data privacy protocols Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy Accuracy in organizing and storing relevant documentation Strong computer skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ADP Workforce Now
