About the role

TRM Labs is seeking a Lead Instructor, Cyber & OSINT to design and deliver training for TRM Academy, focusing on cyber investigations, OSINT, and CTI for public sector and government audiences. You’ll translate complex tradecraft into practical, mission-ready skills and collaborate with intelligence, engineering, and data teams. You’ll build curriculum, labs, and assessments, train other instructors, and maintain materials in a fast-paced, AI‑driven environment. Travel 50–75% is required.
