About the role

Our client, a leading travel and hospitality technology company, is looking to hire an Enablement Lead, Hotels for a 100% remote contract opportunity.
Pay Rate Range: $79/hour to $89.66/hour on W-2
Responsibilities: Develop and deliver sales enablement programs and resources supporting hotel-focused GTM teams. Create and maintain Salesforce-related documentation, including quick reference guides, job aids, process guides, and short training sessions. Partner with Salesforce administrators, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to understand system and process changes and update seller-facing resources accordingly. Build role-based enablement materials such as playbooks, pitch narratives, talking points, objection handling guides, certifications, and mock-call exercises. Support new-hire onboarding, tooling and process launches, and ongoing seller enablement from program planning through execution and adoption. Use AI tools to accelerate research, content development, training creation, and enablement program execution.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, sales operations, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience enabling or training sales teams on Salesforce. Hands-on understanding of Salesforce workflows, objects, fields, stages, reports, and the impact of system changes on sales processes and documentation. Experience creating practical, just-in-time enablement content such as QRGs, job aids, playbooks, one-pagers, or short-form training. Experience with Articulate or a similar course-authoring/content creation platform. Experience with Highspot, Seismic, or a similar sales content management platform. Strong program management skills with the ability to independently own enablement programs from intake through launch. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience using AI tools to improve enablement workflows and content development. Experience supporting global or distributed sales organizations is a plus. Hospitality, travel, marketplace, or SaaS experience is preferred.
