About the role
Allegheny Health Network Assists anesthesia personnel with the preparation and insertion of specialized invasive monitoring equipment utilized during peri-operative procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provides technical support to anesthesia personnel during the preparation and insertion of specialized invasive monitoring equipment. (30%)Ensures that all anesthetizing locations are in a state of readiness. (30%)Maintain proper standards of cleanliness and organization of the Anesthesia workroom. (15%)Manages equipment, supplies, and medication according to established guidelines to maintain safe, efficient, and cost effective programs. (15%)Participates in hospital, division, and department activities. (10%)Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
Graduate from an Anesthesia Technician program.
CPR – American Heart :Previous anesthesia technician experience.
