LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing and highly respected experiential marketing and trade show exhibit organization to identify a full time, experienced Exhibits Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment! If you have experience managing custom exhibit builds, event logistics, fabrication schedules, graphics production, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced trade show, experiential marketing, or exhibit house environment this role may be for you!
📍 Location:
Greater Milwaukee Area (On-Site with WFH Benefits) | Travel up to 20%📍Compensation: $80K-$95K + benefits Benefit offerings for full-time employment include collaborative work environment, medical, dental, and more, 401k plan, PTO, WFH benefits, and other perks.
Role Requirements:
✔Min. 3 years of project management experience within the trade show, exhibit, experiential marketing, event production, or custom fabrication industry.
- Strong understanding of exhibit fabrication processes, graphics production, and event logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience coordinating vendors, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and client service abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Self-motivated professional who takes ownership and accountability for project success
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and event support.
