Warehouse LeadWe have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Warehouse Lead in Boston! We have a passion for hospitality culinary delights on every elevated floor and in the sky. With our three business segments, Airline Catering, International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. We operate in 33 locations, 12 countries and 3 Continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly sometimes beyond our own expectations.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage, receive, and load all local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered match as per invoice and delivery order. Collect shipments, handle documentation, and organize shipments in the facility.
  • Manage monthly inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels in order to detect material reaching low stock and request cabin load of material and inform the concerned parties regarding changes, material shortages, excess and any deviations, etc.
  • Ability to work with heavy workload and stand for a prolonged period with ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
  • Ability to drive a sit-down or stand-up forklift and operate an electric pallet jack
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines and substantial workload
  • Outstanding and transparent communication skills
  • Capable to work independently and in a team environment
  • Dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer service
  • Flexible to work (different shifts days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a logistics/warehouse
  • Must have High school diploma or GEDRequired Forklift Certified
  • Required Valid Driver's License
  • Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
