About the role

Tower Health System is seeking a Security Supervisor 1 for the full-time evening shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) with alternating weekends and holidays. The role leads a team of security officers and guest services staff at entrance screening points across Tower Health facilities. You will ensure proper screening procedures, coordinate schedules, provide training, and address escalated issues with calm, clear leadership in a healthcare environment.
