Corner Stone Technology Talent Services is seeking a Consulting Manager for our client in the management consulting industry. This role leads client projects focused on business transformation, process improvement, technology implementation, and organizational change. This is a hands-on opportunity for a mid-career consultant who enjoys leading workstreams while personally completing the analysis, planning, documentation, and follow-through needed to deliver results. Responsibilities Lead client projects and workstreams involving business transformation, process improvement, technology implementation, and organizational change. Translate business objectives into practical plans, requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes. Own day-to-day project execution, including analysis, deliverable development, working sessions, decision documentation, and action tracking. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Establish clear project governance, responsibilities, milestones, and decision-making processes. Facilitate discussions with executives, operational leaders, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. Support ERP and other enterprise system implementations through requirements gathering, process decisions, organizational readiness, implementation, and adoption. Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to efficiency, employee experience, and organizational performance. Oversee vendors and implementation partners to maintain accountability for scope, commitments, quality, and results. Identify emerging issues, resolve competing priorities, and escalate risks when needed. Build trusted client relationships and provide practical guidance throughout each engagement. Collaborate with fellow consultants, coach team members, and contribute tools and lessons learned to improve client delivery. Qualifications Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional projects, workstreams, or transformation initiatives. Background in business transformation, process improvement, technology implementation, organizational change, or comparable initiatives. Strong project management skills, including managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables. Ability to understand complex business processes and quickly learn unfamiliar organizations, industries, and technologies. Strong communication and facilitation skills with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and frontline employees. Ability to turn strategic goals into practical actions and achievable next steps. Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, adaptability, and comfort working through ambiguity. Collaborative working style with a willingness to lead discussions and personally complete detailed project work. Commitment to accountability, quality, and meaningful client outcomes. Preferred Experience Management consulting or client-facing advisory experience. ERP, HCM, CRM, financial systems, or other enterprise technology implementations. Business process improvement, operating model transformation, or organizational change. Vendor selection, RFP development, technology evaluation, or implementation partner oversight. PMP or other project or program management credentials. Experience with change management, Human-Centered Design, design thinking, or Lean Six Sigma. Experience supporting clients across multiple industries or business functions.C2C arrangements and third-party vendor submissions will not be considered for this role.
