Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob duties consist of but are not limited to: Providing excellent customer service to all visitors (applicants, active associates, and clients) Assist all new applicants with online applications Build and maintain applicant and associate relationships Fully process and orientate all new hires Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner Maintain daily traffic logs Ensure all pertinent information is entered accurately and on a daily basis Assist the recruiting team with bringing in traffic and filling open orders Maintain a clean and organized office environment Requirements: Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish Computer knowledge is a MUST (Word, Excel, Outlook, Typing) ***Please note that this office is very busy and does require the ability to multi-task and all while providing a very pleasant personality*** Schedule:Flexibility is a MUST! Monday - Thursday will be 8AM - 5PM and Saturday will either be 545AM - 12PM or 12PM - 615PM (will explain during interview process). Off days will be Friday and Sunday once training is complete. During training, schedule will be Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM. Possibility of transitioning into a 2nd shift schedule based on business needs.
