Manufacturing Technical Support Analyst (SAP ECC & MES Analyst) Redmond, WA | Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite18-Month+ Contract Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry, has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Technical Support Analyst (SAP ECC & MES Analyst) for an 18-month+ contract .This role will support the Redmond Manufacturing Team with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications. This is a manufacturing-focused systems role rather than a traditional IT support position. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on knowledge of manufacturing operations combined with strong technical aptitude and experience working with ERP and MES systems. Key FocusServe as a bridge between Manufacturing and IT, troubleshooting system and process issues, supporting manufacturing users, analyzing ERP/MES data, and helping ensure technology effectively supports production operations.
What You'll Do:
  • Support and troubleshoot SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso MES within a manufacturing environment
  • Analyze manufacturing and business-process issues involving ERP and MES systems
  • Troubleshoot the connection between manufacturing processes and business systems
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop solutions to ERP/MES issues from a manufacturing perspective
  • Provide functional and technical support to manufacturing users
  • Analyze manufacturing data within ERP and MES systems to identify issues and potential solutions
  • Support system configurations, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Plan and execute unit, integration, UAT, and acceptance testing
  • Develop specifications for system changes and process improvements
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials, Quality, and IT teams
  • Leverage manufacturing knowledge to translate operational needs into effective system solutions
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field 2+ years of experience supporting manufacturing processes, systems, and users
  • Experience working with SAP ECC, DELMIA Apriso, or comparable ERP/MES platforms
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and processes
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and systems aptitude
  • Background in Manufacturing, Materials, Engineering, and/or ERP/MES data analysis
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing or another regulated manufacturing environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems and environmental compliance
Ideal Background: This opportunity is especially well suited for a Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Systems Analyst, MES Analyst, or similar manufacturing professional who has developed strong ERP/MES systems expertise. The successful candidate does not need to come from a traditional IT career path. Strong manufacturing functional knowledge, systems aptitude, ERP/MES experience, and the ability to troubleshoot problems across manufacturing processes and technology are the primary focus.
