About the role

Administrative Officer 3Bachelor's degree. Two years of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. The Administrative Officer 3 duties will entail working with labor relations, discipline and the interpretation of Miami-Dade County and union policies and procedures. This position will be responsible for conducting investigations and data analysis; creating detailed reports of investigations and working collaboratively with the HR Manager in mediating discussions between employer and employee representatives.
