Commercial Coordinator
Position Overview:
The Commercial Coordinator will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships across the Latin American market, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving commercial growth. This role requires a proactive, organized, and hands-on professional who can navigate complex client needs while fostering long-term partnerships, working closely with both the U.S. and Brazil teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring consistent service quality.
Identify opportunities to grow the commercial portfolio and develop new business.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing challenges and providing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies with operational execution.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business development.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience in sales, client management, and portfolio growth, preferably within industries such as nitrocellulose, pharmaceuticals, ink, chemicals, or similar sectors.
Strong organizational skills, proactive and hands-on approach.
Excellent communication abilities: assertive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling demanding clients.
Desired: proficiency in Spanish.
