About the role
The Retail & Design Associate position is curated for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, assisting clients and designer with product selection, and maintaining a polished, high-end shopping environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Assist customers with bedding and bath design selections
Manage and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
Create and maintain in-store displays that reflect brand aesthetics
Prepare quotes for both retail customers and trade professionals
Attend meetings with vendors and designers to support partnerships and product sourcing
Assist in purchasing and curating new products for the store
Contribute to social media efforts, including content creation and brand engagement
