About the role
Kitchen PrepHours and Pay: Full Time Monday – Friday 4:00 AM – 12:00 PMHourly Rate w/ Paid Leave package 401 K and Health Insurance
Location: Lorton
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare Pans and Pan Data (Tape Pans)
- Ensure Usage/Accuracy in Daily Production of Supplied Prep Documents Care and Accuracy in Allergy Data and Prep Notations
- Produce Prep Salad Bar Production
- Assorted Fruit Production
- Deli Prep Sandwich Bar Production Slicing Deli Meat, Cheeses, Toppings, etc.
- Dessert and Dessert Bar PrepBag and Box Lunch Prep & Execution
- Maintaining Food Safety
- Ensuring First in First Out (FIFO)
- Cleaning Work Area Running Dish Machine
- Putting Away Clean Dishes/Equipment
- Assist in Special Order Prep or Hot Side Duties (as needed)*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
