About the Role:
The Company is seeking a VP, Total Rewards to provide strategic leadership in the design and evolution of compensation, benefits, and total wellbeing programs. The successful candidate will have enterprise responsibility for all aspects of the total rewards and HR operations discipline, including reward and recognition, payroll, HRIS, facilities, HR administration, policy management, and compliance. This role involves serving as a strategic advisor to the CHRO, partnering with business leadership to align people programs with organizational priorities, and ensuring that all HR infrastructure supports long-term business objectives. The VP, Total Rewards will also be responsible for leading the governance of HR policies, and regulatory reporting, and for overseeing external partners and vendors to ensure strong performance and continuous improvement. Candidates for the VP, Total Rewards position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for SHRM certification, and at least 10 years of HR experience in elevated roles, including 5 years of people management experience. Financial industry experience is preferred. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing in a fast-paced environment, staying current on workforce trends, and proactively identifying opportunities and risks for the organization. Responsibilities also include strategic leadership in facilities, workplace safety, and workers' compensation, with a focus on supporting a remote-first workforce and mitigating risk.
