Job Description: We are looking for professionals committed to their growth andinterested in long-term work in the industry as Farm Manager in highly modernized facilities.
Note: This position is as an SUPERVISORY
Main Responsibilities: Managing the health and growth of the pigs, including feeding, breeding, gestation, farrowing, and weaning Overseeing all phases of production, implementing processes, and setting and achieving farm-specific goals Hiring, training, and supervising farm staff, providing leadership, and conducting team meetings Ensuring compliance with biosecurity protocols, safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment Hands-on on daily task is required such as high-pressure washing, feeding, breeding, processing piglets and other Working Conditions: Usual work hours: 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Average of 90 to 100 hours per biweeklypay period One day off per week Work locations: various farms in statessuch as Tennesse, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, among others. Extreme weather conditions depending onthe season (cold in winter and hot in summer) This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to start a careerin the U.S. job market. Requirements: To be eligible for this position, a TN work visa for the United States is required. Therefore, it is essential to meet the following requirements: Be of Mexican nationality Hold a university degree and professionallicense in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field Possess a Mexican passport valid for atleast 1 year Have a valid Mexican driver's license Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for committed and responsible individuals who areeager to grow and possess the following qualities: Excellent physical condition fordemanding work between 8 to 12 hours a day Ability to work in a team and follow instructions Interest in learning and improving their English skills Adaptability to new cultures and ways of life Independence and maturity to live awayfrom family for extended periods Strong desire for personal andprofessional growth Attention to detail and a proactive attitude A good level of English isrequired for this position
