About the role
👉🏼 Staff Engineer, Mar Tech = Hybrid We’re looking for a Staff Engineer to join a Marketing Technology team supporting a large-scale eCommerce environment.
What you’ll bring:
10+ years of software engineering experience Strong hands-on Java / Spring Boot Staff, Lead, or Senior-level technical leadership experience Strong background in eCommerce and/or Mar Tech Experience with distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and REST APIsCloud experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQLHands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AIStrong communication and ability to influence technical direction without direct management authority
What you’ll be doing:
Architect and build scalable Mar Tech platforms and services Lead technical design and architecture decisions Drive technical strategy and engineering best practices Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance Help ensure reliable, highly available production systems
