About Us:
My Kids Place is a pediatric therapy practice in San Diego providing speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We believe in family-centered care, collaborative teamwork, and giving every child the tools to communicate, play, and thrive. We're growing and looking for a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate and treat children ages [0–18] with a range of communication needs, including articulation and phonology, expressive and receptive language, fluency, social communication, and AAC- Write clear, timely evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports- Coach parents and caregivers so progress carries over into daily life- Collaborate closely with other clinicians and coordinate with schools, physicians, and Regional Center as needed- Manage your caseload and schedule with support from our admin team What We're Looking For- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology- Current California SLP license, or eligibility for a California RPE (Required Professional Experience) license; clinical fellows are welcome to apply- CCC-SLP preferred (or in progress)- Pediatric experience through clinical placements or work- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus- Warm, playful, and organized, with strong communication skills with kids and parents- [Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if in-home]
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: $48–56/hr blended rate depending on caseload and experience- Mentorship and supervision for new grads and clinical fellows- Paid time off / holidays- Health, dental, vision- CEU allowance- Therapy materials and resources provided- Flexible scheduling
