About the role
GoodLeap is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale our platform with deep ownership across frontend and backend, and leadership across teams. You will drive our AI strategy by building and shipping agents powered by LLMs and integrating across APIs, data sources, and tools. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design, ensure security and performance, and help define architecture for high availability.
