About the Opportunity: A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Investor Onboarding Specialist to join its Investor Relations Operations team. This individual will play a critical role in managing the investor onboarding lifecycle, reviewing subscription documentation, and ensuring investor packages are accurate, complete, and compliant. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience supporting private equity, private debt, alternative investments, fund administration, or investor services environments.
Key Responsibilities: Review subscription documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Validate investor onboarding packages and identify missing or deficient information. Coordinate directly with investors and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation issues. Process investor lifecycle transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and onboarding activities. Perform quality control reviews within a maker/checker environment. Manage onboarding workflows, shared mailboxes, and transaction queues. Ensure service levels and onboarding timelines are consistently met. Maintain accurate investor records and documentation.
Qualifications: 4+ years of experience within Investor Relations Operations, Fund Administration, Investor Services, or Alternative Investments. Experience reviewing subscription documents and investor onboarding packages. Strong understanding of Private Equity and Private Debt fund operations. Knowledge of Accredited Investor and Qualified Purchaser requirements. Experience identifying and resolving onboarding deficiencies. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
