The ideal profile combines practical development experience with the ability to contribute to architectural decisions, definition of components, integrations, and technical evolution of applications. Profiles We Are Looking ForSenior Software EngineerSenior Software EngineerSenior Backend DeveloperSenior Java DeveloperSenior Professionals with solid experience in development and architecture of solutions What You Will Do On A Daily Basis Develop and evolve robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications and solutions. Work on Java development using Spring Boot and Spring Batch. Develop and support solutions using Python. Participate in the design and evolution of technical architectures and solutions. Contribute to the definition of components, integrations, and technical directions of applications. Work with solutions in cloud environments, mainly Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Work with Kubernetes in the execution and orchestration of applications. Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases. Develop and integrate event-driven solutions using Azure Event Hubs, Apache Kafka, or equivalent messaging technologies. Participate in decisions related to architecture, scalability, performance, integration, and evolution of applications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the construction of robust and scalable technical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Solid professional experience in Software Engineering and Development.
Experience with Java.
Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
Experience with Python.
Experience in architecture and design of technical solutions.
Experience with Cloud Computing, especially Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Experience with Kubernetes.
Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.Experience with event-driven messaging and integration, using Azure Event Hubs, Apache Kafka, or equivalent.
Solid knowledge of Software Engineering.
Ability to work technically with development teams, contributing to architectural decisions and technical directions.
Professional experience compatible with a Senior position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Artificial Intelligence applied to software development.
Practical use of LLMs (Large Language Models) in the daily development routine.
Experience with AI tools and solutions applied to Software Engineering, productivity, automation, and development.
Experience in high-complexity projects and large corporate environments.
Experience with modernization and evolution of applications.
