About the role
The Tax Director will oversee US income tax planning for Cencora's MSOs and all MSO-related M&A activities, reporting to the Senior VP, Senior Tax Counsel. You will supervise tax managers, lead due diligence, structure acquisitions, and optimize cash taxes across partnerships and LLCs. Ideal candidates bring a CPA and JD, 5–10 years in partnership taxation, and deep U.S. tax knowledge, with strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teams.
