Our campaign is focused on connecting directly with voters, listening to their concerns, and building a strong grassroots movement.
Position Overview: We are hiring motivated Field Organizers / Canvassers to help us identify and engage voters across Cambridge. You'll be part of the team on the ground, knocking doors, having one-on-one conversations, and representing Tim in neighborhoods throughout the city.
Responsibilities: Knock doors and talk with voters across Cambridge to share Tim's message and identify supporters. Accurately record voter contact results using campaign tech tools Attend team trainings and daily check-ins Represent the campaign in a positive, professional way at all times Meet daily and weekly voter contact goals
Qualifications: Strong communication skills and a friendly, respectful approach to voter contact Willingness to walk outdoors and knock on doors for several hours at a time Dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends as needed Previous canvassing, community organizing, or campaign experience is a plus, but not required Commitment to electing Tim Flaherty and improving Cambridge for all residents is essential. Details Flexible schedule: 35 days per week through Election Day Hourly pay: $15-$22, based on experience and availability. Training and support provided
