Who We Are: HRG is a boutique, high‑touch recruiting firm supporting clients across multiple industries with retained and confidential search work. We operate with a high bar for professionalism, communication, and candidate experience. We’re looking for an experienced sourcing and interviewing specialist to support our team on a project basis. The workload is constantly shifting, and preference will be given to those with availability and comfortability with the sway from very little work to almost full-time hours. This is a remote position, and candidates can be located anywhere in the United States; Utah based is preferred. Basic Function This Sourcing and Interview Specialist will focus on targeted sourcing and outreach across a variety of roles and industries. At times, this role will also take candidates through the prescreen and interview process. You’ll partner closely with our recruiting team to build strong pipelines, engage passive talent, and deliver qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced LinkedIn sourcing
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns
  • Conduct candidate prescreens, interviews, and candidate management
  • Assess candidate fit based on role requirements
  • Maintain organized pipelines and timely follow-upRepresent HRG with professionalism in all interactions
  • Required Experience/Education Sought 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter search
  • Experience with candidate interviews and candidate management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfort with project-based work and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-throughUS-based; able to work during standard US business hours
