About the role

Dexian is seeking an AV Technician to support our Plano, TX onsite AV operations. You will help bridge technology with user experience, ensuring Zoom calls and video conferences run smoothly. Responsibilities include maintaining AV infrastructure, specializing in Zoom ecosystem, managing ITIL workflows, performing UAT, and keeping an accurate asset inventory. On-site schedule Mon-Fri with possible on-call after-hours.
