Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day salon operations, including opening/closing and staff support
  • Monitor KPIs and drive performance goals
  • Manage inventory, product ordering, and vendor coordination
  • Create a welcoming and organized environment for guests and staff
  • Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications:
  • Prior management or senior leadership experience (salon or similar industry preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Strong people and problem-solving abilities
  • High School Diploma or GEDProficiency with POS and scheduling systems
