About the role
TRAC Intermodal is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join our Legal team reporting to the General Counsel. This role advises senior leadership and helps shape the company's legal, regulatory, and risk management strategies. You will handle litigation, claims, and collections, draft and negotiate agreements, and manage outside counsel and insurers. The role requires NJ Bar admission and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with a hybrid schedule in Princeton, NJ.
