About the role
Adjoint Au Chef De Pôle Greffe CDUnder the authority of the Head of CD Pole, directly attached to the Head of Registry of the Penitentiary Center and his deputy, the Assistant to the Head of CD Pole Registry is in direct contact with the judicial authorities and partners (SPIP...).He is responsible for: Ensuring the legality of the follow-up of the criminal situation of the detainees; Ensuring the correct entry of information on criminal records, ensuring the proper maintenance of registers, criminal records, schedules, and archives of the CD Pole Registry. The Assistant to the Head of CD Pole Registry must demonstrate autonomy in his work and execute the tasks assigned to the Head of the Pole in his absence. The agent manages the organization, in partnership with the Head of the Pole, of the Commission on the Application of Sentences (CAP) (permission to leave, withdrawal of CRP, reduction of sentence, additional reduction of sentence, release under classical and full right constraints), as well as the coordination of CAP, the processing of decisions JAP/TAP, requests for the adjustment of sentences, and CAP GENESIS filings. He coordinates the actions of the personnel under his authority, in liaison with the Head of the Pole. He regularly organizes service meetings and participates in various meetings in the absence of the Head of the CD Pole Registry. He validates all the entries recorded in the GENESIS software. He ensures the follow-up FIJAIS/FIJAIT, the follow-up of VIF files, the control of the application of the procedure.
