What You Will Do
Support organizational design and restructuring initiatives, including current and future state assessments, operating model analysis, and transition planning.
Assist with the development and implementation of organizational development and change management strategies aligned with client objectives.
Support the design and delivery of leadership development programs, training materials, stakeholder engagement activities, and workshops.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions focused on organizational effectiveness, team collaboration, and strategic planning.
Conduct organizational assessments, workforce analyses, stakeholder interviews, and data collection activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and develop client-ready recommendations, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
Support project planning, task management, risk tracking, quality reviews, and deliverable development.
Build productive working relationships with client stakeholders and project team members.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts.
Contribute to business development efforts through research, proposal development, and thought leadership activities.
What You Will Need
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
One (1) - Three (3) years of consulting, organizational development, change management, human capital, or related post-graduation professional experience.
Experience supporting organizational transformation, workforce planning, organizational assessments, change initiatives, or related projects.
Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, trainings, or stakeholder engagement activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information into clear, actionable recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to travel.
Ability to work in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office
What Would Be Nice To Have
Post-graduation experience supporting federal civilian agencies.
Familiarity with organizational design, organizational development, and change management concepts and methodologies.
Exposure to change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
Experience supporting workforce assessments, competency models, leadership development programs, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
